    Sophie! You and your wonderful trainer got me off the sofa! That's.a first in many months! But with all the weight I've gained from Hashimoto's and my lack of movement, some movements were extremely difficult for me and the weight on my knees. But at least I did something! Thank you for you inspiring and encouraging all of us! Blessings! 💖
