I was exercising everyday and could never tone my arms which drove me crazy ... but since finding your videos and following your suggestions I have been seeing and feeling results - so now I feel more confident wearing sleeveless tops!     I'm 29. I just had a baby and gained 40lbs 😵. My arms are so flabby, so I did a quick search and this popped up. I love these moves and am excited to incorporate them in my weighlost/fitness journey (12lbs down so far 1.5 months in!).
    I just wanted to say that you're beautiful and that your voice and encouragement, especially at the end of the video, was nostalgic for me. It reminded me of Olivia Newton John reminding us to take care of our planet at the end of the children's shows I used to watch (I'm American). She was such a calming presence and you are too! I've got a long life ahead of me as a new mama and I'm excited that I'm making my health a priority again so that I can be here for my family ❤️. Thank you for this video!

    I used to be a very active athlete and did shot put so I have large muscles. After a serious accident and a long time in hospital then sedentary lifestyle I doubled my weight and have a lot of fat covering my muscles. I am almost 71 and want to change my body to be strong and fit again. Thank you for your video. You have encouraged me to get up and get moving again. Bless you.

    Thank you so much! I have been going to the gym for ages, and have never achieved toned arms. I have been doing your exercise every day, and the results are terrific. OMG, the wrinkled arms have nearly gone. I’m emotional as I write this. I’m so happy I found your video. I can now wear armless and sleeves clothes. BTW I’m 60 +. Ladies, the exercises work.

    So glad to see someone who has actually lived it explain this and do the right exercises. I didn't have bingo wings - I had wingo wings 😬. At 58 and a loss of 4 stone over 3 years, then Covid 3 times, my skin was scary looking - crepey, lumpy, pale and absolutely disgusting. Weird for someone who was always skinny and fit but menopause and a lost baby destroyed my body. A month ago I went back to the gym. This week I'm actually seeing muscle for the first time in years. That is developing from the exercises you are doing, stretching on the monkey bars and exercise ball and then doing the arm, shoulder and chest presses. It's giving me some inspiration to keep going. It's most noticeable at the front of my arms - just looks like dimples, then hangy in places but I learned that these stretching exercises target the fascia which links all through our body, it's not all about the muscle expansion. Onwards and upwards girls 50 plus - we can do it 💪🤜👍.

    You showed up in my feed at just the right time! Literally, to the day😂. I'm 63, have never added routine exercise to my daily routine so I'm starting at square one. It's not easy to find a routine that will take me from the "thinking I really need to regularly move" to challenging my fit self. Scrolling through your video options, I see that you are as focused on beginner sets as you are to serious athletes. I don't know how to thank you except to say that I believe you will change my life!

    I love your workout videos. I am doing your other arm 10 mins video. I wish you can you do a rutine video including all these exercises you explain in this video.     You hit it right there Shellea. In less than 2 years, I will be 50, and I'd want to be a woman who can still move flexibly without having muscle cramps and twitching here and there. I joked with my daughters that I need to be strong, in cases of any "apocalyptic" events in the future (haha), I can still climb and run for my dear life... Oh well... 😊
    Thank you Shellea, been following your videos, along with the Nitic Oxide Dump exercise. In less than 2 weeks, along with my intermittent fasting, I lost 3 kilos and I can wear my favorite clothes. Who knows how much more I will lose in a couple weeks more

    Recap,strap from front ,up,and back,2.weight 2.5 kg ,up to shoulder level,always 10 x. 3 sets,3.arms up like wings,hands with weight ,hands down ,facing out,externally rotated at wrist joint,lift weight up and down but fix elbow up beside the head,arms back ,then back elbow beside body ,biceps curls.Good luck.

    I am going to be 49 in August, and I have lost alot of weight this past year and a half. I rarely ever wear short sleeves now( much less ever thinking about going sleeveless”). My flabby arms took my confidence level to a new low! Making me self concience about my arms like never before!

    This is really helpful. I'm approaching 50 and do pole. However, if I miss a class I can go 2+ weeks and lose all my strength. This is simple enough to commit to between classes and I love the fact that you're not using lots of extra equipment 🌠💖🌠

    Hi, Schellea,
    Ten years ago I retired. I am 75 now, and noticed about 5 years ago, I was getting less able to do activity like I used to. I found you on TH-cam. I like how you have the videos separated by type of activity. On this video, you said you felt you could "passout". Many years ago, I was working with a group doing free-weight exercise; our instructor had to remind us to "BREATH", he said he didn't want us passing out on him". We were concentrating on doing the exercises properly, we forget to "breath", what a difference that makes!!!!!!

    Good Evening, I just found you while searching for some exercises for seniors to get rid of the bat wings. I can't wait to get started.     Absolutely love your channel. Thank you so much, you're wonderful. I'm 63 and starting to struggle. I've always been slim and have tried to look after myself but since turning 60, everything seems to be falling apart. You have inspired me to keep trying (I did stop exercising at 60).....It's so lovely to hear your beautiful Australian accent (I'm Australian too) in a sea of American accents on you tube.       You use the weight u can or have them asylum get stronger you can move up to stronger weights! Good luck

    I love your videos- thank you. But a few ideas- first, it is important to allow the muscles to heal so to do this 5 days a week is not healthy for the muscle. When I worked out I would do upper body one day, lower body next, and a day off. Another concern is that for most people a much lighter weight is needed, or lesser reps to begin.

      This is why it is best to watch workout vids made by folk who are physical therapist types and not "at home exercisers"...there are many sound vids here on YT made by trained professionals...

    Not sure when this was done, but I love that you hangout with your sons. The whole family, not perfect, is together and healthy. That’s a reason to celebrate! My favorite part, even beyond exercises, oops!, was the last part of the video when your son did the squats in front of camera, so silly, bc I do them like that too! He made me smile. I have two daughters who I love being silly with too! Thank you for sharing what you do, it makes a difference.

      I'm 69 Young and I don't like going to the gyms but I have an exercise bike at home and a glider and then I love working out with all the different movements that Sheila has. She makes things fun easy positive and the surroundings are pretty neat too. The most important thing is to keep moving and don't forget the clothing tips too are really cool.

    I notice that my muscles were disappearing around two years ago, despite no change in my exercise or eating habits. Another channel suggested that women our age need to up our protein intake (by adding protein powder) and use more weight-bearing exercise and reduce cardio (which was the bulk of my workouts). I've noticed a big difference.

      Thanks !! You, too. ps started liquid hyrolaunic acid/collagen recently too. supposed to be good for joints and a few other things.. I have bad knees from sports injuries when I was younger.. has helped a lot. :)

      You might try a fresh Chinese Yam. You can get it at Asian grocery stores like Hmart. It naturally boosts collagen and estrogen. It is a big root and the only real yam you can eat raw. I peel it and eat it raw but most people cook it in a soup or something. It is also called Nagaimo yam. Weirdly Korean get collagen from the inside of chicken feet. It is usually in a hot sauce. I watch a lot of kdramas so I've seen that before. Basically eating collagen to make collagen. I swear the chinese yam my neck are get a bit tighter.

I haven't done it in a while because I've been doing other workouts with my senior center instructor, walking, biking, and yardwork.     I just found these workouts and I wanted something to do so that I didn’t get the flabby arms. What I think I loved most about this video is when you said if you have the body to still work out then you should keep moving and I think that’s a blessing🙏🏾. I’m going to do these💪🏾 I’m going to incorporate these 3 to 4 times a week and thank you. I’m 53 and I love the body 🙋🏽‍♀️I have.
