I am going to get myself a tension band for home,I just started using them in the fitness room at work but I run out of time to do a complete body workout.I just love these videos. I am 51, soon 52. When I turned 49 I started to think about what kind of 50 year old I wanted to be. First on the list was health, I have lost 75 pounds and started exercising again a year and a half ago. I am about 30 pounds from my goal and have reversed a pre-metabolic state as well as early signs of heart and cardiovascular disease. I am inspired by your approach to health and wellness. I am healthier than I have ever been in my adult life. Thank you for being a part of it!

How often can these be done? I know that when I used to train we were told not to do the exercises every day.
These are gentle enough to do daily, depending on how hard your push yourself and lightness of band.
