C3 Corvette Power Steering Pump Set-Up and Installation. Lines to Power Steering CV and Cylinder.

In this video you're going to see the installation of the brand-new power steering pump, including set-up and installation. You will see the installation of the all new the hoses and lines from the power steering pump to the power steering control valve and the power steering control cylinder. This will be the final set-up of the power steering mechanism until I add fluid and flash the engine up to do the final adjustments which I'll show in a following video.

You made that look so easy. Should I be concerned that you don’t have cotter pins in anything? I’ve been struggling for the last couple of weeks with the lower connection on the cylinder and a slow leak and mine are threaded in so much further than yours 🤔

No mention of an o ring for the larger line going on the control valve. Are you aware of the need for that?

Thanks for the comment and I'll look into that and double check. I've still got my system empty , so if I need the O ring installed , I can do that prior to filling. Thanks for watching as well btw. J
