Hey Matt, can you tell me what the difference between "THE STARTING 11" and the "COMPLETE FOOTBALLER" programs. Theres a 10 dollar difference but i cant seem to pinpoint any other differences
Sorry I am late. Complete does everything you need, speed, strength, fitness, mobility, everything. It also requires equipment, and is one program that I put everything together for you. The starting 11 are 3 individual programs for plyos, speed, fitness for the price of one and requires zero equipment
Hey matt so first of all i dont have a hattfield barbell in my gym so i dont have the equipment what would be alternative so would u do in day 1 of the week a Hattfield split squat (heavy) and day 2 zercher squat (capacity) and jumping Lunges day 3 for speed so what would be a alternative?
Really any split squat you can load heavy works great!

would u use DUP for all your exercises on that day, or would u just do 1 for lower body in ur workout on a day.
No I would probably only do it for 1-2 exercises max

Matt, I've been trying to watch all of your videos on Instagram and TH-cam, and honestly, they are pretty good. But I'm having trouble understanding how I fit all of this in a week. Let's say I wanna train my 1 rep max, but also conditioning with the ball and lower intensity stuff, and on top of that stuff like this. Can you make a video explaining how to structure your workouts so you can fit everything in during the preseason?
