    I've done a lot of yoga on youtube, all have been good, but Paula is definitely my favorite. Her tips and ques are spot-on in helping you really get the most out of the pose and practice. The closest you're going to get to being in a live class. Thank you, Paula!!

    I often have tight shoulders and neck. You’re the only yoga teacher that can really give me great relief on the upper body. I can’t thank you enough.

    Thank you so much for this practice. I’m in pain a lot and it can get beyond frustrating, but these practices help keep me sane. They’ve beaten many aches without need for painkillers, which I never would’ve believed could happen before trying it.     Oh wow, with the inverted wrist position, resting the back of the hand on the mat, I really felt the increased benefit when you mentioned relaxing the shoulders right then. Wonderful practice! 💛

    Hi Paula! An awesomely rad restorative practice that provided much needed relief! I especially enjoyed the back of the hand against the waist/elbow toward the center of the body stretch...it targeted those hard to reach areas! Much appreciated Paula!

    During my pregnancy your prenatal classes were my favorites and,
    today, after 7 weeks of pause, I restarted my yoga practice with this 20' session; it was exactly what i needed for my wrists and neck pain from carrying the baby! Thank you very much for this excellent practice!
