    I work a computer based job and have been bothered by shoulder pain and most recently, wrist pain. Tried this wrist yoga video for the first tine, and I felt relief. I will keep coming back for it every day. Thank you so much, Paula

    Not just desk job - spent today 7 hours behind the stirring wheel driving and this practice was a very nice and gentle way to feeling like a person again. I am also a body therapist and I am bringing some of these movements to my warming up rutine to prepare my body before treatments, so sending big thank you.

    I started a 30 day weight program the same day as this 30 day yoga practice. This was a wonderful quiet practice and I'm learning doing both that listening to my body is the key to making this a lifelong thing.
