    This was so perfect and and perfectly nourishing at this full moon time. Arm free pigeon felt very crazy...at 1st-then it started to make sense and everything settled/relaxed. Thx as always for a wonderful class!🙏🏽🌕

    I’m 35 weeks pregnant and it was so nice to do a practice that was gentle enough for even me to do ❤ …With a few extra cushions and some modifications of course :) loved the side stretching - it felt so good!

    AMAZING!!! This practice was just I needed after a week running myself ragged with caring for loved ones, preparing for the upcoming holidays, and fending off inclement weather.
