Hey Paradox, and everyone in here. My son and I are doing a Windstar swap. I work at a machine shop I have been trying to get the Free Star lower but no one around here has one, if anyone here can point me in the right direction on getting 1 that isn't $600. I have some really cool ideas I think with having access to CNC mills and I having free rein to use them. Thanks you guys are awesome. So much inspiration
I pull mine from junkyard. they come to 40$ for the entire intake upper and lower bolted together. The junkyard is a great place to learn and the price makes for great project materials.
Hello paradox I’m having problems with my fuel pressure it first started as not having enough fuel pressure and fuel pressure cutting off also rough idle, first thing i did is replace the fuel pump and fuel filter that didn’t fix the problem then i replaced the fuel pressure regulator that fixed the low fuel pressure and fuel pressure cut off but now I have a high fuel pressure problem when on start up and when it’s at full throttle but the psi is at 89psi when having this problem but doesn’t always happen and last night it left me stranded with only having 1 or 2 psi of fuel pressure what could be my problem I’ve been chasing this problem for a few months now

Have you tried putting a f150 4.2l crankshaft in a 3.8/3.9l engine?
Can you show your vac lines on the 4.2 plenum for the swap. Its the only thing that makes me hesitant
