Wonderful video! I have a '98 Mustang with the 3.8 auto, and I absolutely love weird/unusual builds and customizations. I had just finished taking a page out of the older Jeep owners' books and installed a coolant filtration system in my car to filter out rust and sludge from my nasty system after I flushed it. Seeing the intake setup you have on and all the ports/lines and whatnot is amazing. You even gave thought for the evap system with the vacuum port! I've watched other of your videos. When the time is right, I can't wait to pull my motor/trans as a whole and tear them apart to upgrade everything I can. You're an inspiration for me!
Damn! You are taking the Ford Essex v6 engine to unknown territory. Will have to put one in my 1955 Chevy truck I'm working on. Love it, please don't stop. Awesome 👍
I have a 98 3.8l mustang i would love to do something just like this this is freaking cool i do plan on rebuilding the motor but unsure what way i should go with it but i do know i want to big turbo it and possibly bore out pistons and all. Keep up the great videos
looks sick, i was looking up more about the 4.2 in the freestar and I came across: the Cummins ESG-642 ( which is basically an NG/LP - gas generator made with the 4.2L essex: you can hear it humming here: th-cam.com/video/Yiu5JRyGlXo/w-d-xo.html I tried to look up if parts were cheaper going that route, but apparently the gens sale for right around 15 grand...no dice with cheaper, but definitely interesting.

Lame not a GTR engine just because you used a GTR intake manifold m
