Loved it. Most of the time couples loose spark in long distance relationship and things get boring quickly. Luckily we found a fun way to have new topics to talk about everyday, with a couple questions game - lovify. Thanks for giving such great insightful video :)
Me and my girl met through a penpal site while I was incarcerated. We’ve been a couple for about three years now and I’m out of prison. She’s from Scandinavia, 9 hr time difference. She came to visit for two and a half month. We had good times and bad times while she was here. She’s been back home for about 3 months now(In Svergie) and it’s even harder now to be away from her now that we’ve been physical…we text and FaceTime everyday. It’s hard , so hard, to trust and feel content. Long distance can really hurt , depending on how much your “in love”. If the true desire is there, to have a loyal , loving relationship, then it’s possible…but not w/o sacrifice and some suffering. Make sure your BOTH equally committed and loyal.
Back after watching this almost 2 years ago when my partner and I began long distance because I still resonate so deeply with the advice. I identify a lot with Lisa’s POV so it’s great to hear Tom’s advice which helps me understand my partner a lot better, too. I love this channel!!
Went off on a tangent there eh? lol I do enjoy these topics because they are very relevant. Can you add a section for actionable tips? For example, while you answered the question “stay obsessed etc...” there really weren’t examples or actions we can take. I.e what does “stay obsessed” look like on both sides? Especially with today’s technology, it can also get too much right?
Me and my ex are talking again but while we were dating we were long distance and will be going back to it if we start again. I’m in the military and so when we met I was going back home on leave I became instantly enamored with her but I didn’t know anything about her I was lucky and she kinda stalked me and contacted after I left. We obsessed about each other day for 4 months straight. Unfortunately the stress of life came on and I wasn’t as caring and as attentive as I should’ve been so we parted ways. Fast forward a year later and I’m deployed and we’re talking again. She’s still going through a lot in life but I realize now that I just need to be there for her when she wants to open up and talk. A lot happened to her while we weren’t talking stuff that really hurt her and not be able to trust people. I wanna be there for her while she heals and write all the wrongs I made. Even if in the end we never get back together atleast I was obsessed and put my first foot forward in caring for her. I never wanna regret loving someone and so I’ll always love with all my heart
My sweetheart says he cant live without me. But he blocks me everyday when he leavess. Am i stupid? Im afraid hes living a double life. I wish someone could clue me in.
He's trying to stop himself from contacting you knowing that he can't do it if you're visible to him. It is incredibly difficult for a man to ignore a woman he loves.
I’m in a long distance relationship. He lives 2 hours away from me. The last time was when he was trying to take me home but his van died. I haven’t seen him in like a month or two. He misses me a lot, he misses looking at me. I feel unsure of my feelings but I don’t know why. Maybe it’s the distance
@@saaddhillxn I work most weekends. It’s hard being in a long distance relationship. Like sometimes I question my feelings a lot but I don’t know why maybe it’s the distance

hello im 56 yrs old ,i dont know every relationship is not working, actually i have no experiences much when im young,so i feel hard to handle..im inlove quickly now at my age, there so many guys like me,but were have a month of two or more then suddenly he lost,
Me and my S.O. spend up to 3 months apart. And hes bad at communication. I def just turn it off and work on myself harder. The only thing thats helped is receiving a promise ring. I like the "slaying dragons" quote. ❤❤❤
if you need to work on your "couple" after 20 years of relationship, then is a forced relationship. Forced relationships, are socially constructed, but not healthy, what drives people to be "working so much time" is deep fear to be alone, not real connection. Working on a forced couple, goes against individual development. Get free from forced couples, develop yourself, and correct partners will arrive.
It depends on whether or not your partner is okay with it. If they are, then it's all good. If not, try to avoid it. But honesty & talking about it is key.

Dating long distance? No. Let's be honest. We all need closeness...emotional and physical. The physical is the hardest. Especially for men. It's not ideal obviously and it's not worth it. If you are settled where you are with your job, family, and friends...it's best to find someone in town.
Women can do it for way longer than men because we need to be close, now if he had some friend with benefits until u can see the other girl when she is ready. U won't be all pressed for it

How do u deal with negative thoughts, they kinda stay in ur mind and u don't want them there and its just irritating to have those thoughts
I’m so confused, it says to this, a long distance relationship, but then nothing was talked about other than not asking if they want olives…

6:30 it’s been 18 months since I’ve seen her. I deployed. Trust me.
Did anyone else notice how she listens so respectfully but unfortunately the guy is quite bad at interrupting.
I give this 3 years

Thank you both a ton for what you guys do.
Yes, yes.
No

Only if it's affecting your relationship.

Watch 90 day fiancé. Some of these couples are mind-boggling, but inspiring.
