    Mainsite had a suggested time of sub 20 which I’m glad it did because it provided a solid challenge that without I might have pushed for 21 minutes and been happy. First row was fine, about 3:57, just didn’t want to blow it right out of the gate. Realized one break on the wall balls sounded great but might have caused larger breaks. So went 2 breaks in the first round, and 3 breaks in the others. Just keep them short and it’s better than a huge set with a huge break. My rep speed for sit-ups has always been slow, so I wanted to focus on pushing the first 30 and then allowing my body to take a more familiar pace on the last 20. This allowed me to head into the last row right on pace, finished last sit-up at like 15:57. Getting onto the rower I knew I needed sub 4 to finish under 20, so I was happy to just keep the rower at any pace that started with a 1:XX and then pushed in the last minute. Finished at 19:54. Overall a super fun one. Give this one a go!
