Score: 4 Rounds plus 40 lunges and 400m run
Not sure if it was the workout or me but this one destroyed me. Initial game plan was to pace for 5 rounds (8 minutes per) but I think that was my downfall. Despite not wanting to come out hot, I was in the pain cave by the second round of lunges, which I think are my kryptonite. Wasn’t expecting to split up toes to bar or thrusters but had to do both. Absolutely nasty and couldn’t push a single thing. Give this one a go!
Those 40 minute AMRAPs reallllllly make you dig deep

@@MeltProgramming haha you crushed me with this one man. I definitely slept on how tough those lunges were going to feel. That five seconds of cool air got me through!
