NB: The use of boards that feature carbon fibre foil tracks cannot be guaranteed to have solid wireless connection with Gen2. Known brands with connectivity issues include Armstrong FG boards, Takuma Rising Sun, Takoon.
The unit’s connection between mast and board is a very clever solution that has been beautifully implemented. Congrats! It looks amazing. We’re really looking forward to trying one out!!

This looks so epic!!! I've been close to ordering the 1st generation, but decided I'd come get one in person as I'll be in Adelaide in a couple of weeks. Now you drop this. Wow! I'm totally blown away. I just need to decide which one is the right fit for me. Haha! I'm leaning towards the max, but some more info would be helpful. What's the largest battery size that you can fly on a commercial airline with?

Is there any information on the website about:
1. warranties
2. run time i.e. is 50 minutes the max run time fully powered?
3. how long batteries last before they need to be disposed of
4. safety (i.e. the propeller does not seem to have a cover)
Also, is there a risk that the leash can make contact with the propeller?
These are just a couple of questions that came to mind but I may have more.

Are any of the battery options allowed on an airplane? This system is the only one that would be suited for travel, unlike e-foils that are too heavy and battery way too big. If not, maybe in future, smaller batteries that clip together inside the base would allow that.

If you live somewhere that doesn’t necessarily have a good amount of swell to actually surf but want to get into e-foiling, is it still better to go for a straight efoil or is this still a consideration? The sea here is generally flattish or choppy
Just curious, if you were using it to chip into mushy waves that aren’t breaking, how many you think it would assist into?
I know it’s not meant to be an outright efoil, but how long could someone stay up on foil with just the motor pushing?

How would you see downwinding in quite short period waves and then motoring back against the wind and steep messy bumps? Doable?
We already do it. We can go up wind about 6 to 8 km then go back down. We call it up and down winding. Best bit is there is NO car shuffle
How do you handle steep short bumps when upwinding? Do you need to drop the motor down the mast to keep it in the water?
Top! Does it is possible to send you a motor of the normal assist plus to switch it into the gen2 and buy only the rest of system?

Still $4,500 how is this a good price? We need a pump assist kit, only keeps you going if you are pumping, better price point equals better audience. Smallest motor and battery possible, don't take another 2 years.
