Very cool, you are getting good at this! I was able to get a brand new take-off intake and it is sitting in a box and am going to do the porting on it this winter when I have the time to enjoy the process and take my time. I put a 85mm ported a2speed TB on the car and didn't think it would make much of a difference, but something noticeable is going on. I've swapped back and forth a few times between the stock and the 85mm TB and I get measurably better mpgs (about 1-2) when driven conservatively and when pushed it feels more snappy. I've been told it doesn't really help the HP but does increase the area under the torque curve. I donno for sure and wish there was a good dyno shop nearby to see what is going on. In any case, I think the ported/cleaned up intake will help even more. I'm looking forward to all of your tips and tricks and appreciate you posting. Thanks!

On 1 side of the ports, theirs like a big belly. On mine which i didnt want to remove a lot but i did remove some material & tried to make it evenly, with no edges. I pirted the inlet to 90mm, i uses the TB to check its even or flush to TB.
I have the 6.4 manifold and wanting to put it on my 2015 RT 5.7. Apparently it’s an easy bolt on. You have any info on how to do it? Thanks for the videos btw! I plan on porting it also since a shop was asking 300-400 to do it
It’s not to difficult just make sure everything is clean. Don’t let dust fall into you engine. Blow off all the loose particles with compressed air before you remove your intake manifold. Follow a torque sequence and tighten to 109 inch pounds. Others has installed these intakes on the 5.7 and had good HP gains.
