Now this is what you call value! Very nice home. Family room on the smaller side, but the bonus room upstairs makes up for it. No hoa and plenty of space between you and your neighbor. The two car garage is a must have. Love it! This house and the other house in Covington are my two favorites. Amazing job with this one!

I think this one is one of your better homes you ever show I love the land great room to do whatever you want like you said you could put anything in that backyard a pool and everything that is gorgeous. I’m not ready yet, but when I am, I will be letting you off and I love the area of therapy that Landscape and that house is gorgeous is something that I’m looking for it show more homes like that with a lot of land to it that’s what people are looking for a house with a lot of land to it

Great looking property... So just a thought I've gone through 5 of your vids and my only complaint is the POV style.. Can you offer more cinematic style views incorporated if possible?? Sometimes you do, it would help immensely being able to get some slower sweeps and stills to get a better feel and scale of inside spaces. Also if you can give like 5 sec still of the home layout as well. Other than that I've enjoyed the tours. Thx

It's absolutely ridiculous that homes exceeding 3/4 of a million dollars have cheaply made aspects. There is no reason why they're cutting corners by using cheap unattractive and tacky wire racks. That pantry is a total disgrace.
That’s what’s happening now. Homes being built using cheaper materials/finishes or lack of upgrades and costing more to buy. Buy land and build your own home. Although this house has a lot of land so that may have pushed the cost up.
Not enough closet space for the primary bedroom.
Wire shelves in the closets. Cheap.

Really plain house for 850k. Not a lot of upgrades. I guess you are paying mostly for 9acre land. That is a lot of land but hardly any trees to provide privacy.

9 acres in total of which 2 acres are cleared which the house is on.
Are horses allowed?
There is no HOA so I would say yes. The only other place to check to be absolutely sure would be the county zoning department.
Yes, the first home on the right on Old Highway 92 has a horse. This home is on a gravel road.
Pra mim uma boa casa 🏠 ou mansão como costuma falar, já tem que começar pelo um bom terreno espaçoso grande, vejo muito falar em anúncios pela internet em mansão que só tem área construída praticamente não tem um belo jardim espaçoso com gramados se eu gostasse desse tipo mansão eu ia comprar um apartamento, pra gosto 👅 de ver muito espaço gramado pra mim ter meus dog ver eles correndo 🏃♀️ acordar e ver pássaros 🦅 cantando de manhã e à tarde ,

I'm with you on that obrekmedia. I wrote my own review just now. And what the heck do you do with 7 heavily wooded acres? Not much. Gonna cost a lot of money to clear some of that out. Unless you can SELL em and get some of your money back.

Stupid property. First of all, 7 of the acres are just heavily wooded. So what do you do with that? Gonna take a lot of money to clear it out to any degree to make it useable unless the idea is the owners could sell it off and recoup some of their money? That question would have to be answered. So a two acre lot is nice. That's true. But did they either have to totally clear the land? Or if it was already empty they couldn't have spent a little money on some landscaping? Plant a couple of trees? Jeesh! Now the house itself. It had ONE gathering space which they called the family room. Well that room wasn't the biggest and the layout of the furniture is gonna be kind of tricky. I don't consider that "bonus" room upstairs adult space. That's a kids' bedroom or the kid's playroom. I still don't want to have just the ONE gathering area downstairs, especially if it's open to that cheeshy kitchen. The kitchen itself isn't anything special. I noticed what appeared to be a large pantry but it was way down that hallway. I don't understand the value in this place at all. The bathroom floors seemed nice. None of the lighting seemed particularly special. Lately I've seen floor plans like this that just seem to waste space. It's great having a nice big entry...sure..but not at the expense of having only ONE gathering room and that room not being particularly large. I mean, I can't put a couch in my entry space.
