Perfect for me ! Except close neighbors, when I decide not to say good morning or be asked questions every time I walk out the door . That’s just me I guess. 👍🏽
Nice home very roomy and the price is very pricey very nice neighborhood too very clean like it thank you for the music and the viewing of this home Thank you 😀
The master bathroom is nice! Not really into carpet, I prefer hardwoods and area rugs. Why do all of the remaining bathrooms look the same? I love a house with a full basement! I like the fact that the backyard is big with no trees. A gas range is always a plus when the weather is bad, you can still cook. I love a double oven, it comes in handy during the holidays or when entertaining. The laundry room would have been nice if it had a folding area as well as a place for an ironing board.
The tour is great as usual. Raymond never disappoints 💯 but we know that this price point is based on the location. The layout and lot are great, but IMO they skimped out on offerings. I would expect a coffered ceiling and wainscoting in the formal dining room, quartz countertops in the kitchen pendants above the island and no carpet on the stairs. Flooring on the main level appears to be LVP or RevWood, I would love to see real wood here. There's no fireplace in the family room and the lighting fixtures looks inexpensive. The home just doesn't have a wow factor but I guess this is what you get at this price point in the area.
I totally agree with you. Plus I couldn't stand how all the secondary bathrooms had matching tile on the floor and shower. It was way too busy for me. The primary should've had a sitting area as well and I hated how the stove top wasn't next to the oven. So if I'm cooking I have to tend to what's on top of the stove then walk over to the oven to check on what's inside of it. I'm too tired to cook just thinking about all the walking I've got to do. The pantry could've been a little bigger as well. Plus you still gotta drop a good amount of money if you want to finish the basement and it felt like the secondary bedrooms weren't that big. Also, the builder could've added maybe a fireplace or something to jazz up that outdoor area off the basement. It just seemed too boring when he showed the back of the house (considering the price). I wouldn't think Peachtree City would cost this much since it's on the outskirts of the metro. This house should be in the 500,000 range IMO, not pushing towards a million dollars. This is highway robbery.🤦🏽♀️
It's a No for me . The neighborhood looks to crowded, homes to close together. I'm assuming the asking price is because of city. Like stone mountain better or Mc Donough
@@pennyadams8425 I resided in California and I don't know anything about Georgia cities. I'm going by what I have viewed on other home video channel. The home in Stone Mountain is 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom with finished basement. Lake view from the bedroom window was breathtaking, made me smile. The home is brick with black panel on the side and the deck. The deck was tranquil, peaceful. Nice neighborhood looked nice and peaceful . Home is 4000 square feet . Asking price is 600k
My channel is all about expectation building as well. Real Estate is extremely location centric so maybe Peachtree City doesn’t offer the value proposition you’re looking for. I hope as you continue to explore more videos here on the channel you will learn what Real Estate cost and what you can expect to pay here in metro Atlanta in Q4;2024. Obviously, if it’s not a match then maybe now is not the time to buy for you 🤷🏾♂️
I just don’t see an almost million dollar home here. Is there supposed to be to be something special about living in Peachtree City? I live in the metro area but I’m not a native. JC
Having one of the best best school districts in the state factors heavily into the price. I think that that home is zoned for McIntosh High, ranked 18th in Georgia. All Fayette County Schools are ranked in the top 17% of high schools nationally

Asking too much!
Indeed it is and it's already been reduced by $20k.
For that asking price, where is the four sided brick? No thank you!😊

I agree
I Love the home but idk what it is the neighborhood scares me it’s the look of the neighborhood also the rooms are so small
The neighborhood is perfect tbh. Super cozy and tons of amenities. Thanks for YOUR comment 🙏🏾
@@raymondrileyjr it’s not a bad neighborhood I’ve looked into it it’s just I have a weird feeling about the look of certain suburban neighborhoods
@@aunknownspecies4153 It's Peachtree City. The only issues to be nervous about are Karens and kids speeding on golf carts.

These new homes are so over priced. It's ridiculous.
