Hi Miss Janice, hope your weekend was pleasant and relaxing. I'm sorry, does the title say ten bedrooms? Sign me up! Wow, that is a stunning living/family area...the layout is so unique and perfect and allows for free mobility throughout the room. Wow. That is a huge kitchen for more than adequate entertaining, cooking, and family time. The "owner's suite" and accompanying library/entertainment areas are the stuff of dreams. Love this showing more than the others I've commented on.

Wow, that’s a whole lot of house! I would need a map from the front door to find the kitchen. I notice during the shots of the rear of the mansion ( that’s what it is😊) there was a broken window to the left side when facing the house. I hope that gets secured so no one can get in there and do some serious damage. Regardless, I love it. I’f I bought it would open it up and rethink all that space. Thanks for the tour! It is indeed a lot of house, approximately 12,300 sq ft including the finished basement and does need work but the right buyer can make this stunning after renovation. I can't recall seeing a broken window but the plus is, this home is in a gated community, so vandalism is less likely to happen. Glad you enjoyed the tour and thanks for watching, as always.
Nice! Total gut rehab but kitchen was nice. I was surprised to not see a pool in the back but has plenty of space for one.
There is indeed plenty of space in the back for a pool but not everyone wants a pool on their property.
Definitely would need some renovations to my taste and likings! For one thing those red boardwalk steps are throwing me off. But the price is really not bad at all for a house of this magnitude. Nevertheless I would still negotiate the asking price.

This house is VERY dated. For 1.79 million it will still need over a half million to make it modern. Very big undertaking. Alot of space though.
