The home is fine but hardwood floors is my choice throughout a home It's a nice home I would purchase it change the carpet out add a pool in the back yard a small round one and additional items to the backyard like add more cement four the area for longer more square sitting area then a fire pit then it's a perfect house for me
My first concern was the slope in front of the house because when it rains the water is going to end up under the foundation -- hope the builders installed a good drainage system to divert the water. What is with the black countertops? White/grey not in fashion anymore, and why are builders still installing carpet?. Do love the size of the rooms and the family room.
Carpet is extremely popular in Georgia. BUT most new builds are mostly carpet only up stairs. From what I can see it’s graded in a way that promotes healthy water flow away from the structure.
@@raymondrileyjr Thanks -- I live in California (Marin County) and got rid of all my carpets with a cat. Hardwood floors are so much easier to care but the rooms can get a little chilly in the winter. Still what is with the black countertops? Nice to see a little color in the kitchen and not all white.
I have the same plan. it's a Jeff Lindsey home.. a Millwood. you can't really tell in the video but the home is on a slightly raised grade, so it's not straight down to the front of the house. if the water does pool in a heavy rain, it will pool in a perimeter around the front before running off.. like a moat. pretty standard practice.

That music started me at first.😂😂😂
🤣 thanks for watching.
Home looks great . I don't like that it looks like it's built on a concrete slab pipe in concrete .
Thanks for watching!
