Nice home but the 1st floor layout i dont like at all but nice but wouldnt be for me.
Beautiful neighborhood but I could not pay over a half of a million dollars for these small bedrooms, and just a cement block at my back door! This one is definitely overpriced!

Is there a HOA? If yes, then how much is the HOA fee? Is that yearly or monthly? Best case scenario is No HoA.
It’s $1500 a month yeah a hoa
The HOA for this community is $1300 per year. The community does have a swimming pool, playground and 24 hours onsite security at gated access.
Barbara there is no single family home community that I’m familiar with that has a HOA fee that expensive. $1500 per month is very unrealistic unless you’re in a condo downtown.

I just looked at a 760K town house that was 1800 Sq Ft... its way too small but the materials were a bit more expensive.... after 2020 price hikes on homes and food this is just ridiculous....guess my generation is renting for life and the wealth is being drained from single individuals and married couples to corporations that are too greedy that they even paid off government to look the other way and/or get rich also while being a politician... LOL
This house is "cheaper", by today's standards, because it's fit and finish, materials used, location, and tax area is way lower than the other location... although be it... like the townhouse... it still has HOA... since its newly built and the only people that can get zoning these days are the contractors that want HOA communities so they can still get paid after the half arse build quality they do... with cheap materials that were in home costing 100 to 250K before 2020... LOL
You do seem to get enough land just HOA and terrible neighbor is what you have to worry about and since its ATL... both of those being horrid and in your pocket none stop is HIGHEST... better to find land and spend 1.5M to not have a neighbor and build the home you want on a lot of land... in the sticks... A new coming of age of a Home buyer will be seeking such homes far away from people since many are terrible after 2020...LOL
How in the world could any realtor call this "an absolute beautiful home" after just driving by real nice homes??? That is total incompetence and shows denial of facts.
