People come to New York and see what you get for 900k and up! Ok let me tell you an old house built in the 50s! Needs lots of work to update it, rooms the size of cell phone! Bathroom the size of credit card! Small backyard most times. I am talking Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and other areas have a mixture of houses. So the prices for these beautiful homes is way lower than the big cities! And you get more for your money! Less for property taxes too!

WOW & there is an unfinished basement? . It's listed @ $584,900 correct? Calculations hv it @ $583,740 ????? Where did the extra $1,160 come in for ??? DEFINITELY NOT WORTH almost $600,00.

kitchen not very up to date and the bathrooms are very ugly and to cheap looking for the price.
