Fix rusted hole in iron bathtub again after 6 years

Old iron tub has a rusted hole around the drain opening. Instead of pulling the wall and tub to replace it, I decided to fix it. The first time lasted for 6 years. This time we're going to do it differently with a plate cut out and welded to the tub with the ring.

@@brandonf1482 Think DIY; you can get the same bath tub (no upgrades) for around $250 and another $50 for other supplies and done ... for the most part.
