Looks clean. I want to k swap my Accord. You have given me a good idea of what to expect. Wasn’t much out there about 5 years back when I had a different accord from the one I recently purchased. A 95 Ex Manual sedan. Just did the head gasket and timing on the lil SOHC VTEC
Power bodybuilding do it brother if its one thing i recommend is to buy all the big parts first then worry about the small stuff later just so you can still enjoy the car while its running and not down because of the project

1 thing to consider on your clutch line
A rubber flexible line like stock to compensate for engine movement , hard line may eventually leak or break
Love that clutch master though ,that's awsum
My clutch line is steel braided on the inside, and bigger than a stock hardline plus i can tuck it away lol!

hey there! this video def got me to follow. my gfs 97 accord se just threw a rod and she wants something different than the f22b2 block, this video gave me so much insight but for the manual swap whihc transmission did you use and which shifterbox?
Just put a F series back. You gonna have 4grand+ in a k swap these days.

Did you have to shave any previous motor mounts to fit the K-series mounts or was it an easy bolt-in?
Only mount that had to go was the transmission bracket that goes to the frame everything else was bolt in
Getting ready to do this my self. Plan is to just do a full swap get it running. and from there start to upgrade. Currently looking for mounts like you said axles and half shafts which I Didn't know so thank you.
Also what trans are you using? i wanted to do 6 speed. Curious if it makes a difference on half shafts.
@@andrewlicata4633 im using a 05 accord 5 speed trans, longer gear ratio will keep me in the power band longer, glad i was able to help you bro definitely worth the pay out, as far as half shafts you cant use a k24 one, k20 ep3 or rsx only makes life easier for swapped axels and stock hubs

Appreciate the knowledge, just have a question on the CR-V post mount on the pass side. What was the necessity for that ? Even using k swap hasport mounts for 94-97 accords we need this ?
You just need the post mount that attaches to the engine, not the actual mount itself, its very necessary because it works with the hasport mounts

Bro i want to do this to my accord in the future.. your lucky to have this knowledge and know how to do this.. how much did this cost you?? Not cheap im sure. I want to start buying stuff one at a time for this swap the big part is motor and trans I guess. Im almost done doing a manual swap on my stock f22b1 I want to run it like that for a bit til the k swap or f20b swap.. but I am having this issue with the car not revving past 4500 4700 rpms.. im stumped on it and having a hard time with it but hopefully I will find out what it is soon
I appreciate the message brother to be 100% honest, it wasn’t easy gathering everything that works for this swap thats why i chose to document it for everyone, the hardest part was the ground work i had to do take chances of parts that i hope that worked. As far as your car take your time its no rush on finishing your car for anything patience is key

Way better I'm currently on my K24A JDM 94 Accord swap got the engine trans and just bought the engine harness tonight but it definitely depends on your preference I love H22A and F20b for these but I'm gonna race my car so I went K plus no one has a k swapped accord where I live

Johnathon Fernandez thats awesome brother lol, the whole fuel system is simple, i got a fuel filter to an adapter that screwed right on to the stock fuel filter and i put a AN line slip on to the return line and finish the lines at the rail not complicated

ej8 coupe hday project car holmes im using the stock hubs, with hasport conversion axels make my life a little easier instead of snapping axels trying to find ones that work haha

elohin castillo if you have a k24 from a automatic car take off the auto flywheel put the manual on with manual transmission flywheel bolts
The swap is request get motor Brain and another ECU separate for Manual transmission? Both or just need one ?
elohin castillo the motor can be k24a2, the ecu has to be from a 02-04 manual rsx for a KPro and for the transmission you only can use a 03-05 Accord 5speed or a tsx 6 speed

Diego Medina yea it’s possible but its a matter of trying to find the right length for each side, i wouldnt bother with them and go straight to the hasport axels

I do have a 04 Element K24 & 96 Accord F22 both auto and access to F23 in a 02 Accord , really I'd love to AWD swap , but time , tools , and money." Would it be easier / cheaper to install K24 in 96 Accord or should I go F23 ?
christina pyle good question, if money isnt a big option right now, i would go f23 and save the K for when i would like real power, no need to rush anything its always gonna be available,it would be cheaper overall to convert to manual going f23 than going k series.

HardMyD you would have to get custom mounts and wiring for your chassis it would cost more to put a K series in it then going H, but anything is possible with time and money brother

Manuel Arce De Braga yes and no tbh, first thing would be getting a K compressor, getting the right length belt, and it someone on instagram i don’t remember there name they do custom ac kits for lines and length to cars. Thats where you would spend majority of your money is the custom lines

Manuel Arce De Braga unfortunately our chassis gets zero love with any aftermarket parts, 10 out of 10 we have to figure out and piece it together and fabricate alot

You know they put k motors in accords in 2004 all you have to do is find one in the junk yard and take what you need no 400 dollor harness no bullshit engine mounts that will cost you an arm and a leg why wouldn't you just pull the parts form a late model Accord no way you spent way to much it's a cool car but your sending poeple in a direction to spend way more money then they have to
First off I’m answer all your questions since you know it all lol, the stock motor mounts from those k cars dont fit our stock location engine spots because its for a F/H not a K. Second you can use the k24 engine harness sensors don’t fit, yes you can repin and extend wires but you are gonna have wiring issues, third you need a sub harness for your engine harness to communicate to the cluster and the stock accord ecu from a 04 is not compatible. I have one and tried. Cant use any stock axels because of the accords length is different from a civic. The list goes on i lead nobody to a expensive path if it wasn’t necessary. Have a good day
