Very nice demo. I started to do these poses everyday besides my routine planking squatting, lunges and walking. I like the cobra pose. I am 70 but no back pain , knees and shoulder pain, not yet. However I keep myself active and athletic to deal with my arthritis that affect my fingers and toes. The more exercise and yoga practice I do daily the better I feel. Thank you 💕

that's insane!! I do most of those (not locust every night before bed😂) as someone with ADHD yoga definitely helps me chill before bed, which is when I need it most. I transition down dog to plank though... but I love all these poses! thanks for being my calming voice through my yoga journey 🙏😊

i dont feel like i am doing downward dog well. is there a substitute that i can do that will lead me up to it? it feels like my shoulders are too tight i think.
I'm 17, and my posture very bad. I try these yoga exercises sometimes because I don't have the time to do it every day. But I just wonder if this is actually going to help you improve your posture or not. If it will help then I might try doing it every day
i am also 17 and had very poor posture this along with doing plank for 3 30 second intervals, three sets of 20 superman's, 3 sets of 50 crunches and 3 sets of 50 butt lifts has completely fixed my posture
