i love ur workouts! i do them when i get bored, start to feel depressed or can’t sleep. it’s helped lots of problems with my shoulders and hips. and helping me feel better with my body 💗 keep it girly ur amazing

I try to do this for at least 2 weeks
Day 1: My back hurtssss

Day 3: It was extremely exhausting today because I got sick last night but I didn’t want to bail so I did it🔥
Day 4: Did it🔥🔥 I randomly got headache afterwards😭

hey guys, is this for your upper back? I often have aches in my upper/mid back, so I’d like to make it stronger to better my posture. I felt these exercises mostly in my lower back tho, are these still good exercises or should I search for something else?

This won’t make my shoulders/back look bigger than it already is right? I have broad shoulders so I don’t wanna make them look bigger
don’t worry, Pilates works on skinny muscles. Your back won’t get bigger just by doing these exercises, they’re light and quick. You would need to have a pretty intense training program and a diet to have a bigger back, so don’t be scared 🫶🏻
No need to worry about that, we usually do these exercises in ballet classes and they are useful to make your back muscles stronger, but your shoulders will stay the same :)
Your videos are great but the advertising is annoying and unnecessary in Pilates workouts :(
