@edwardizhonig204 - that’s awesome… check out Alyssa’s Nature Sanctuary to see little Olive the hummingbird… she has two chicks fledge watch begins Jan. 3rd!
Doing a pond and nest box is an amazing two points in one go. And I love how Bonnie inside the nest box is smiling at the camera with her hatched owlets. It was a "Look at this" expression for sure. I also love how the goshawk even uses one of the logs as a perch for her small meal.
here in Australia water is the key to bringing birds into the garden. They all have their time and season , from the big King parrots to the tiny double barred finches. like your wild pond , it is an utter joy to be given the chance to see them. love your work Robert. Legend.
This is absolutely brilliant. I could just sit and watch all the comings and goings at this beautiful pond, for hours. What a remarkable joy you have given to so many. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Happy 2025 from New Mexico 🇺🇸
WOW! Amazing what a person can accomplish when helping nature in many ways. And the pond is small too but attracts so much attention to it. Love watching these birds, animals and others come to this tiny pond. Well done Robert, well done.
I was literally glued to this from beginning to end (my dogs are moaning their evening walk is late!). Was more spell-bindingly beautiful than any nature documentary on TV. Thanks for all you do and all the best in 2025!
I smiled the whole way through...now I know what a 7* watering hole looks like. An absolute stunning watch,ty Robert you are Doc'Doolittle ! Lucky wildlife...❤
Never ceases to amaze what gifts you so generously share with wildlife and us. Everything you give is from your love of nature, and we Thank you Robert! Happy New Year🎉🦉🦡🍃💕👍
I have bird bath with a shower in it and every bird comes…robins fight over it, oriels, blue jays which get chased out by herds of starlings. It is hilarious. I watch them out the window or on the deck. They wait for me to clean it out and right back at it. Ha. Totally love it.
Both pond and short film SO good. Thank you. As a retired garden designer, a good 3ft deep wildlife pond was a priority in my new garden (Burnham on Sea). Yes. With far fewer natural ponds these days, each one of ours is SO needed of course. Also, you may like to know I grew Ragged Robin plants from seed, and when large enough, planted them close to pond edges. They are doing well now - year after year. I encourage folks reading this to please make room for a precious wildlife pond. Such a soothing focal point too - a fine addition to a garden.
Beautiful film, both photography and narration. Loved seeing the tawny owlets visiting and the detailed shots of the bramblings. Must be so rewarding to see so many creatures appreciating your hard work 🥰
Well. Just into the new year and I couldn't have watched anything more beautiful and moving. What a blessed environment you share with us, along with your paintings. Love from Australia.
Up close and personal with so many beautiful animals who we don’t have in Australia. Badgers are gorgeous why are they hunted so cruelly? The Owls really were the icing on the cake! I had the privilege of watching a family of Tawny Frogmouths from the shared nest sitting, the eggs hatching, twins, and just what attentive and fantastic parents they are to Dad watching while the owlets were learning to fly, an experience I will never ever forget!! Brilliant video, thank you!!
What a great guy, he really cares for wildlife & animals in general. You have my admiration! Thank you for caring for our beautiful animal friends 🥰🙏❤️🦆🦉🐿🦊🦌🦡🐞🦋🌿🍁
YOU CAN DO THIS TOO! Perhaps your water installation won't be as fancy or have high-end cameras, but wherever you live you can replicate this act of kindness & support for the wildlife in your area. It could be as simple as filling a used plastic salad container with water (& a few rocks for stability). Tuck it under the shrubs at your apartment building, off in the corner of your backyard under the trees, or hidden from sight at the little park near your house. All wild animals need water, & your efforts could help so many animals by making their search for water a bit easier. Simply wash the container regularly & keep refilled with fresh clean water.
I've subscribed! One of the very best clips I have ever come across on TH-cam! Pity the Green Party don't get involved in projects like this instead of sitting on city and town councils around the country arguing, which achieves nothing whatsoever!
Thanks welcome to my channel There are lots of people that talk about conserving Wildlife and wild places, I like to be pro active and get on and do it And enjoy sharing my stories with so many people, if 10 people are inspired to make a pond after watching this then we have a result 👍🦡🦆🦉 Spread the word and we can hope for more
This is so precious. Thank you for sharing this video. We should never underestimate how much even the smallest gesture to assist wildlife can help, having a birdbath or the smallest pond and maybe a feeding station w in our backyards can be a lifesaver to them.
Enjoyed watching the badgers and the beautiful pheasants. It makes me happy to see the care and effort you put into creating and maintaining this oasis for the local and migrating wildlife. Blessings in the New Year Mr Fuller, to you, your family, and associates.
This was wonderful to watch! I could watch wildlife at my heated bird baths all day and I love knowing that I’m providing something as simple as water but to them it’s a necessity!
It's so good to see how much you care for the animals and birds. Thank you so much for all that you do for them. We are blessed to have caring people like you, although few and far between.
It's incredible what a simple pool of water can do for the local wildlife. Thank you so much for doing what you do and then bringing it here, it warms the heart.
Hi 👋 the pond is quite deep for its size with a fibre glass liner The water is automatically topped up with mains water with a float system like a water trough I clean the pond out once a year to take out debris Other ponds I have built are bigger and keep the water fresh with aquatic plant life and running water is also a great idea either natural or pumped
Paradise. Nicely done. I live in a rural subdivision. I built a 6x12 above ground pond alongside my deck. I get a nice variety of birds throughout the year, as well as several varieties of frogs and insects. For several weeks each Spring, the frogs fill the neighborhood with croaking.
What a great thing you did! You created such a wildlife retreat for so many animals. And a joy to watch. This should inspire anyone with some land to do the same. We'll done!!!
This was an utter joy to watch. Thank you for doing what you do for wildlife and for sharing it with us all.

I love making ponds that’s the 8th one I have made in my area several in my garden and a couple out in the wild like this one
Is there a way to keep filling it, or do you have enough rain to take care of water?
This video was a pure joy to watch.
