You are a LIFE savior 💕🙌🏾🤩💜 THANKYOU SO MUCH!! Getting my children to sleep independently as babies have been my greatest struggle. As a homeschool Mompreneur it takes a toll on you when your baby is having trouble sleeping and playing happily
Thank you for this very informative video! :-) I have a question though... If my baby is already stuck in the overtired cycle - should I still follow the regular time schedule? (She is 3 months old, so that would mean putting her down to sleep somewhere between 1 hour and 1,5 hours after her last nap). She is definitely not enjoying her playtime and her eyes are super red :-/
my baby has about 3 weeks and he just stays awake. he tends to be okay for 10 minutes but after he start getting fussy. The other night I could not make him fall asleep and when i did after an hour and a half he woke up like 30 minutes after.
Someone who is already preventing overtiredness doesn’t need help with an overtired baby! What are actual tools/methods to use that help an overtired baby other than noticing the signs and having them on a sleep schedule?

You prevent it from happening and get them to sleep before they get overtired.

Adenosine is an organic compound, a molecule, not a protein :)
