Hey Loan! Been seeing yall catching a few on the live streams
Can I add from experience. Get long needle nose pliers. The bigger the snake the deeper the frog will go down. 6” pliers are not long enough when they really inhale the frog.

Do you recommend either lashing the net to kayak or modifying it with floats of some sort?
Float is a good idea. I’d only use a tether if you can keep it out of your way. I’d be concerned about tangling line or something around it, but that’s just my 2 cents
Can'twait to see the full day video! What do you think of tomorrow? Looks pretty sunny and I'm wondering if the snakes and carp will be spawning making for a tough day. Thought I'd ask a pro.

Early on it looks like low wind (positive) but also clear skies (negative). Low tide during these period should draw them out of cover, but they may be very spooky.
In the afternoon it looks like clouds may increase (positive) with relatively low wind (positive), but also a high tide (negative in many areas).
Long story short, I’m not sure. I’m curious to see how it goes. I’ll be getting out there and trying it. I think it’s def worth trying.

@KambotroutFishing Well I struggled with the snakes yesterday. I spooked a few, but other than that, no bites, no sights. I didn't see them spawning or hear them rising or feeding. It was a beautiful day though and I cut my losses and switched to blue cats. That was nonstop action. I hope you were able to dial them in.

Why do the snakeheads show up in my creek one day and completely disappear after. Where do they go?
It’s hard to say without seeing the exact creek you’re talking about and seeing the structure, depth, depth of nearby waters, etc.
Snakehead have a lot of seasonal and tidal movement patterns that may be playing apart.
Can you describe to me the area you’re fishing?
