Huh, when I was in truck driving school and the only woman out of 30 in the class, the instructor looked at all of us and said same thing and pointed to me and said she will be the only one in this class who 1. Will pass 2. Will still be working a year from now…I stopped trucking last week, 16 years after that class , guess he was right. Looking forward to starting a new career

It can be tough early in your career but they key is to always be open to learning and embracing the struggles...Getting around people who have been in the same situation as you and made it out can really fast track your success, so focus on finding a mentor to learn from. @@CodyAskins I went to your site, codyaskins.com, where would you recommend I begin? My funds are limited at this time. But I want to invest in myself. I haven't found a mentor yet. I'm disappointed in the training I'm receiving to this point. It's been results focused. That's what led me to your videos. I'm trying to steer myself in the right direction. I feel I need specific examples. The exact words for exact situations. I'm very good at analyzing specifics and employing them. I'm not good at creating from broad generalities. Once I see success in action, I think I can copy and reproduce it.

Hey Cody! I'm 17 at looking at getting into the insurance business next year. One question I have is, where do you get your phone numbers to cold call?

It's harder to do it that way than when I started in the business... I'd look at "aged leads" which you can get for very cheap and it will help you get into the groove of calling before you decide to drop more money on real-time leads or other marketing strategies
