      Kitty Cat Sweetheart no-one can skip breakfast. RoniVoni is right. The word breakfast is simply the time you Break-Fast ( break your fasting). So even if the first time you eat is 12pm and technically it's "lunch time", it's still your first meal of the day after you fasted.

    So,
    1. Finish your last dinner (dinner) at 19:00. [choose food to fall asleep: unsweetened (or sweetened) lime tea, milk, peanuts, onion (with lettuce salad), shrimps]
    2. Sleep / rest long enough[: lie down at 22:00 (easy to fall asleep if you give 10 minutes to a walk outside, a shower, remembering happy events over the day, relaxing with 3 deep breaths, visualization at will]
    3. Associate meals only with a familiar environment[: family, natural landscape or ambient music]
    4. Eat in at normal speed, chew food well
    5. Move a lot, and if you have an office activity, make frequent breaks, or at least gently twist/ move your neck, backs, arms and legs
    6. Drink water at will. [In the morning, drink 1/2 liter of water (with lemon juice) -> break -> 2-3 fruits -> another break ->] breakfast: protein, healthy fats, whole grains / whole bread
    8. Do not add salt, but rarely [and then marine salt, raw or at least iodine. Many foods (as meat) already contain salt]. For taste, use spices, instead.
    9. Drink water whenever thirsty [and in the morning between meals and 1/2 hour before bedtime (but also when you have been drinking tea, coffee, fruits (and other diuretics)].
    [10. When you have something sweet, eat whole, fresh, organic, raw fruits before eating. After the fruit, take a break, and then eat]
    [11. Eat until satiety, as soon as you are hungry, 3 meals a day, choose what you want, between fruits, vegetables, whole cereals/ whole bread, cheese&milk, meat, sometimes dark chocolate or similar]

    Dr. Berg here on TH-cam says you should only eat when you are hungry. If you're not hungry during breakfast time, you shouldn't eat. Otherwise, I agree with everything else. Good video!

      Louis C Yes, if you're hungry always think this: "Would I eat an apple right now?" If it's a no you're not hungry. If it's a yes you're probably hungry.

      I hated food as a child too, and i was really thin, it wasn't normal. I wasn't sick or anything, i just didn't like eating, but my doctors were so worried xD

    I eat healthy 99% of the time. But every once and a while I can have a treat. I know most of these facts already, I've been getting into shape since the beginning of this year and it's really working. I haven't been this in shape since I was a kid and I'm only 15.

    Skipping breakfast could be advantageous. Intermittent fasting is a great weightless as strategy. This involves keeping your body is a fasted state unit you are hungry and break the fast at that time. The recommendation is 16 hrs of fasting including the 8 hour sleep time and an 8 hr feeding window which ends at least 2 hours before bedtime.

    Eating too quickly is one of the bad habits that makes you fat because you are eating too quickly, it takes more time before your stomach tells your brain you are fill. So take time to munch your food slowly, that way you will most likely eat less.

    My morning starts around 4 am... and I have literally no time to eat in the morning.... I usually have my first meal around 8.30 or 9.00 am, because I am on the clock and on my feet for 8-10 hours a day. I am also type 1 diabetic since I was 10 years old, so I keep my blood sugar under control via movement, not eating. I always carry glucose tablets with me, for those moments I get low blood sugar. I think every person has individual approach to their health and weight. I find movement is what helps me shed fat the best. I am also huge fan of all kinds of veggies, so I don't mind eating them at all. I also love eggs and sea food and in general- I am not picky when it comes to food. I find the most important thing for me is getting enough exercise and proper sleep pattern-rest will fit in eventually as my body gets used to new way of life.

      breakfast is believed to be so important for weight loss because most people find it easier to eat less throughout the day when they had breakfast. if they skip breakfast they are more likely to "treat" themselves because they feel like they haven't eaten enough.
      intermittent fasting does work well for a lot of people. but that is because it only works for the type of person that doesn't mind fasting. yes, you are rewarding yourself with alot of food, but it also means not eating for longer periods and not everyone feels comfortable doing that.
      at the end of the day we are all different. so it makes sense that different "techniques" work for different people.

    Some people are just built differently. I, for example, am more short and chubby.
    Others i know are taller and thinner. But everyone seems to think that you've got to tall and thin to be pretty.
    Who cares? I sure don't.

    Eating before bed isn’t necessarily bad, it’s the overall calorie intake that matters most, also skipping breakfast won’t make you fat! In fact it can help you eat less during the day therefore you lose weight

    I always skip breakfast somehow.. I know its bad but.. First ; my mom doesnt prepare me any food. I had to be independent and im super lazy to consume anything in the morning. Second ; my school starts at most late is 6:45 am. And my house is about 30 minutes from here to there. If there is no traffic. Third ; uniform perfection. My school had uniforms so i cant just shove anything i had in the closet. I had to iron them. Wears only white socks and black shoes. Fourth ; too many home works. My school is a full day from morning till sunset. And full pack of work project and homework. So no early sleeping for me. Fifth ; hobbies. I love drawing so i will somehow fit a drawing time in exchange for sleeping time. Sixth ; im lazy af

    I think there is more than just regulate sleep patterns: More like sticking the natural sleep time. If you work nights or stay up late most nights then you are going to find your are rewarding yourself with extra snack. When I was an infant in the 60's I remember my family only having 2 meals a day and going to sleep at 6 pm in the evening.
    We only drank 2 cups of tea a day at the most.
    My dad lived to be 76 without ever getting fat.
    Because western nations are so crazy to make money we all lie to ourselves and our sense by working outside our natural limits.
    We see stories of successful people that work 18 hour 7 days a week. Then we are made to feel we are failing ourselves and our nation if we don't work the nation out of it's imaginary economic mess.

    A lot of these points are wrong. Breakfast mainly stops you overeating later during the day, a lot of overweight people miss breakfast and then snack/eat a lot at lunch to make up for it. You can miss breakfast and be slim, it just depends on what you do after breakfast. Also fruit juice isn't necessarily the best option because you're consuming the sugar from more than one piece of fruit, and sometimes there's added sugar.

    Sleeping poorly and stress too hormones too!!! No schedule for anything! So Bad! Stress and Anxiety Up the You know what!!! Probably don't chew well enough. I eat breakfast but late because I get yup so,late! I don't eat lunch.

      Yes i was also thinking this. I think we should go to bed after 2.5 or 3hrs after having dinner.. bcz if we sleep after 4hrs we may feel hungry and may not be able to sleep well that will result in gaing fats.

    Skipping breakfast is the best thing because you don't break your fast and start to use fat instead of sugar as fuel

    Break fast = break fast, It is simply the very first meal you eat in a day. You could have breakfast at 2pm but its still breakfast.

    I slept through breakfast and lunch a few times. Lol I slept in till 2 pm in the afternoon one day. And a few days ago I missed breakfast and lunch but I woke up at 12pm and I just went onto my iPad and watched TH-cam.until it was snack time which is at 3:30

    I skip breakfast because there is no food in my house in morning and my mom is not cooking that early in the morning

    i dunno why but when i am really stressed i eat way less then usual. often i loose weight just when i am really stressed. is IT normal?

    I honestly always eat at night almost an hour before i sleep. I am toned up but not skinny and that does not affect me.

    I do need to exercise more, but I only have a small snack at breakfast and milk coffee. Most of the time I skip breakfast though. :/
