    Lemon water
    Oatmeal with fruits and nuts
    Greens (broccoli and spinach)
    Fruits (apples tangerines banana mango)
    Starches (rice or potatos)
    Legumes (I love black beans garbonzo beans and lentils)
    These are my favorites I eat most days.

    Silk cashew/almond protein milk!
    1.yukon potato
    2. Seeds/nuts
    3.any type of green
    4. Frozen berries/fruit
    5.beans

    Potatoes, apples, salsa(homemade in bulk, I eat it with everything), beans, & romaine. I eat as much whole foods as possible because I feel my best!! Keep shining your vegan light on the world!!! Peace & love from San Diego!!

    Can you please make a video on potatoes and about the different types, the health benefits, the quantity you should eat in a day/week, etc? I’ve always been told that there are no nutritional benefits to like white potatoes but I see you and other vegans eat them a lot. Thank you

    I eat a banana, yogurt, nut butter, spinach, and blueberries everyday! I am not sure if you have already done a video like this, but I really enjoyed this video format, as well as your last video with the vegan body builders. I would love to see a video of your top 5 favorite protein-rich foods

    I love greens raw, but I can’t stand tasting them in drinks! I mask spinach in my breakfast smoothie and it’s perfect: oatly milk, cacao powder, maca powder, cinnamon, a heading tablespoon of peanut butter, a couple handfuls of spinach and a few frozen bananas. It tastes exactly like a yummy banana milkshake, but much healthier!

    Kale, wild bluberries, and oatmeal are may favs that I eat EVERYDAY!!- because they make my skin glow, they taste good, and I feel good😉

    Every morning, I have a banana and pineapple smoothie with chia seeds, coconut milk or almond milk, spinach, little matcha and honey with 1 ice cube! It's delicious! 😎

      Also watermelons, avocados, canalopes, tomatoes and apples! Grapes as well; but everyone says they are fattening. 😒😒

    Seriously the same as yours but for fruit I usually eat more berries & low glycemic fruit - because of my age and they help me keep my weight under control & satisfy my sweet tooth oh and dates (very moderate) love them with raw almond butter

    I've already knocked off over 20 lbs by intermittent fasting, vegan / vegetarian diet ,& warm honey/lemon water . I work out at least twice a day too . my guts so close to being gone . Just need to stick with my diet . super helpful video btw . Guess I should chill out on rice ?

    I just think the title of the video is misleading. Those top 5 foods are healthy, but most of them also make me really bloated. If I want a flat stomach for something I can’t have fruit, smoothies, too much fiber or hard to digest nuts. I thought this was going to be foods that have a diuretic effect.

    i totally understand the point of this video and promoting health and a healthy body, but flat belly does not equal fit or healthy... there is health at every size and i just feel as though this is a bit body shaming... just my two cents! lovely content, though!
