All of the tips are things that will make a really big impact. I love how the tips are about the mindset of losing weight and being healthy because that is such a big part. Most peoples tips would focus all about food, but yours is better since it focuses on the mind and positivity and still focuses on all the amazing vegan food! I just watched your video of what you eat in a week and it was amazing the food looks so good and I got a fresh perspective on what you eat to stay healthy. I am very inspired!

Do you have any tips for people that take carbs and wheat out of there diets because they think that stuff makes them fat. My brother was trying the paleo diet for 2 weeks and then he stopped. But he is eating so much meat fat that he can't loose any weight at all. He needs some one to talk to him and find a healthy path. Me on the other hand I have been sick and also all over the place with eating and finding time to sit down and eat a meal or snack is really hard some days. I have not gone to the gym let alone gone to work out in a long time. I'm sad I have put on some weight and I am not happy with how I look but I am going to try to get healthy soon.

But he tried being gluten free out for some weeks and now he is all over the place and he need some one other then his brother to tell him to eat vegan because he will never go vegan. You can steam them and add salsa dressing or condiments which enhances its flavor to taste better or add them in things like pasta, soups, smoothies etc
I keep a food diary on my phone, I use 'Lose It' app 😀 it's been very helpful for me. Also there's a new 'Low Fat Avocado' what are you're thoughts on this, it's new. I wonder if it's a GMO 🤔 or not?

Hi! I love your channel! I have always been over weight. I had children when I was a teen. I have seen your pics throughout your rebel to Rawvana. I go by the facts that my closthes fit. I tried your 10 K steps challange and never made it any day. I just dunno where I am going wrong. I believe my body needs 45 minutes of cardio, but I am scared giving up animal protein and carbohydrates, and dairy. yes, I can view my face and smile in any mirror. I just doubt you understand how it feels to be so obese to not be able to take my dog around the block. To have such weak obliques and back muscles, plus, not being able to afford a gym membership. HOWEVER, since I did indeed try your 10 K step challange, I was gifted a pedometer by my ladies at my bank of all places, and I try to stay standing and moving to see the numbers on my pedometer climb. Please, Rawvana, your tips and ideas want me to be my optimal health, but I need simplicity right now. Thank you for ALL you indeed do!
If you start by changing your diet, you will see changes. These changes won't happen overnight. Please don't be hard on yourself. Don't weigh yourself everyday, it will make you feel miserable. Do it once a week or even less but stay on track. check out also Raw Alignment for recipes as well. I know what it is like being overweight. i have been for 4 years. This works for me: a 20-30 minute walk, completely wiping gluten from my diet, eating healthier (cut processed foods and sugar out is a good start because it isnt too hard to do for most of your week) and then work on everything like reducing your dairy intake etc. make little goals first! don't aim for the sky. be excited for the little changes, but ensure you are ready to be patient and kind to yourself x

It’s very easy to eat well but you have to want it. You have to want the change in your life to even remotely try. I’ve battled the sweets for over three years as I let myself eat so much of it that I started to gain weight and feel like shit. See what you could be and try to reverse any damage that you may have already caused while you still can as many people die from letting things go for so long and changing nothing.
Intuitive eating is proven to be healthier than dieting and restricting. Each individual has different needs. Some prefer and need nutrients from animals and others prefer plant based foods. Eat what your body wants until you feel satisfied. Nobody needs a diet if we listen to our body. We are all perfect just the way we are. xx
