Have you thought or tried eating by chakras? Putting the focus on a color of foods for each day. Sunday-red, Monday orange, Tuesday yellow, Wednesday green, Thursday blue, Friday indigo, Saturday violet and white/gold? Still gonna eat the staples but the things I add to my salads or smoothies are based on the color. Like today red. Having flax cereal with flax milk, strawberries and raspberries. Red apple for a snack.Then a smoothie using 8oz soy milk, strawberries and raspberries, banana and my plant protein powder. Huge salad would be spring mix with walnuts, red bell pepper, tomato, red kidney beans, and dressing. Just as a way throughout the whole week having the entire spectrum of food color energy and nutrition. Next week eat a different food or vegetable of the color you didn't have last week. It's just a way I thought of being balanced. The above food has net me around 1600 calories measured and logged with fitbit app and around 60g protein.

I have problems with going to the bathroom!! Today I finally went, such a relief. Anything natural is better for constipation (like prunes). But I've been using Kroger chocolate laxatives, and those usually work too (and they're over the counter).
These recipes are okay to incorporate even if you are trying to gain muscle or weight, they are incredibly healthy for you and in combination with higher protein snacks/ meals through out the day are awesome! love these videos and if i could get papaya here in MI without it tasting horrible i would make that last smoothie!!!!! much love!

ARsnowyWolf unless you meanjust reducing bloating in your stomach you cant really lose weight in just one area, especially with food. You will need to exercise for a toned stomach.

yeah I second that cause I am a breastfeeding mum as well and I need something really quick and easy to whip up in the morning as sometimes I don't eat till late like after lunch cause my baby keeps me very busy and a smoothie would be perfect as it really doesn't take long to make and it is a drink as well as food but I just need a recipe that will make it a little more filling cause I am not that good at making my smoothies filling and I put bananas and a whole lot of fruits and non dairy milk cause I am vegan and stuff like that so yeah a few pointers on how ton make smoothies a little more filling would be great!!!
