Reset Mercedes Infotainment system if its not working or frozen.

This will work on most all of there models we are using a 2021 Mercedes Eqc400 for this example.

Why does this happen? Does it mean that the car is in bad condition?

Just software problems nothing to do with the condition of the car and this does happen to most brands happens a lot on our Porsche panamera and that is a 2019 and happened few times with our 2020 Audi sq8. I have been lucky at least with Mercedes they seem to not have as many problems with software as the other brands. let me know in future if you shopping for a car and want me to make you a comparison video.
