I like your set up and those Hx2s I still have mine before I went to sundown. If you ever have issues PSI makes some nice softies - I will never get rid of my hx's. Nice work and helpful tips.

Not really, the harbor freight stuff is kind of a liquid rubber coating and when dry its not really all that hard, you can see a scratch on top of the box. If you used a regular paint roller it wont have the rough texture you see on my box itll look like it was brushed on. which doesnt look to good. i wouldnt use that for an actual truck bed. Also the wood soaks it in so its a good idea to primer before using the "bed liner"

The 0 guage i used was all KnuKoncepts CCA, the 4 guage is from Sky High and my Subwoofer wire is Sky High 8 guage OFC the speaker wire is 14 guage CCA Sky high

But when I did go out of town I have a brand new full size spare I’d throw in the back seat. Most people that have a spare don’t check the air pressure and end up replacing a flat with the flat spare.lol
I've got 2500 watts of amps going in my 2009 crown vic. How much alternator will I need? I've got the oem 200 amp unit now and I know it wont be enough
destincox Good luck with that, they are extremely difficult to find in the condition I have them in. I’ve seen some in pretty bad shape and they wanted nearly 300 and blown I’ve seen them go for as much as 150$. You just have to keep an eye out. If you really want a crazy RF sub, the Team series is crazy. I wish I had one of those.

Kurloz Soriano I have 3 1/0 gauge running to the back battery, from the rear battery to the amps it's just 4 gauge all Knukonceptz wire

Kurloz Soriano I used a black braided loom too protect the wires and make them blend in. That may be why it looks bigger.

mywifefarts 200 amp will be enough for 2500rms as long as you have batteries, I had a d3400 and a d2700 and It was plenty
