    Thanks so much for all your videos! Iv been doing different ones throughout a couple months and I love them ! I tried this one today ! I was dying but loved every second my goal is to be able to do this without my own little breaks in between I gave myself :)

    Hey there. I was wondering instead of one minute for my first week can I do 3 or 5 minutes instead? Can I do small breaks in between and if so how many seconds can I rest after a minute of jumping rope for example? Thanks. PS: this is my first time jumping rope as a workout but I have good stamina.

    You jump so casually! My rope was always hitting my feet or my hair. I know its all hand and arm positioning at the right angles
    I have to buy a new one since it broke in half (it was old)
    I'm going to try again!

      hey, I started this 2 weeks ago.. and I'm on my 3rd week so that means I'm supposed to do 3 minutes but today I did for 5 minutes straight... I'm surprised as to how fast our body can adapt... so all I wanted to say is that this beginner workout is working for me

      @@anugrahahaha1908 great! I’m so glad for you 😃💕 keep going!! For me, my calf muscle cramp while jumping rope 🥺 I think it’s because I’m a total beginner and I push myself too hard even when I feel very sore. And I think it’s also because I’m quite heavy. I’ll try again soon 🥰

    Just found you and love the workouts, but would love to see you add transition times between your moves. By the time you switch to the next move you only have half or less the time left, unfortunately. I have to keep pausing and rewinding and its kind of a pain.
