I am 70. I bought a jump rope 2 days ago. I exercise regularly. Looking forward to being a case study and testimonial for a whole new niche

I had been doing skipping from many years, but never knew correct form for doing tricks, recently I have found interest in doing them, and also learnt criss cross and side swipes, but always tripped or can't mix with regular bounce due to endurance issue (due to wrong posture).
Today after seeing this video, I went on beast mode mixing and matching the rhythm with regular bounce and even hit my daily limit with these tricks! It was a wonderful session today! I feel more excited to learn new tricks now! 🔥🔥 Keep creating these type of contents! 💪🏻😤🔥 Love from India!🫶

I'm one of the "elbows in, wrists out" guys and of course I struggle with some tricks. Hopefully after this (as usual) so exhaustive video I'm willing to work hard to correct posture, elbows and wrists position. Thank you Rushie!!

Very underrated jump rope guide, since im trying to do a few tricks like criss cross i keep failing because my arc is too wide and my wrists too far away, now im trying to focus on correcting my posture and do it more like you. Thank you for your very informative video man, keep it up!

Aside from the obvious badassery in your jumping, I've watched enough of your videos to say that you are a teacher of the highest order. Your way of introducing and contextualizing, as well as providing detailed examples, is amazing! Thank you for the amazing content!

I've watched a couple of your videos on hand/elbow positioning and motion and I'll definitely make some adjustments in tomorrow's workout. Have started skipping again a few days ago after a few years of not skipping and the tripping over the rope is driving me crazy 😁 Not that I was good before, but I could jump non-stop for at least 1-2 minutes and now I trip every 30-50 jumps.

    Stupid question…
Hands forward throwing or whipping rope forward…how does that look / feel as the rope passes under and behind your body? Sorry for being so basic. Just trying to get into the jump rope movement!!!

Hello, I have had problems jumping rope, I have put my arms a little far away and that makes me tripping on the rope, I can not do the simple tricks easily. So now I will keep my elbows back. I really like when you pass the rope to the sides, jump and do crisscross, it seems that you do it with confidence and comfort, when I jump the rope it seems that at any moment I'm going to mess up

For sure I’ve seen lots of wider ppl get used to this technique. May feel uncomfy at the beginning but im sure if you stick to it you’ll find somewhere in the middle that’ll work well🙌🏽
