      Yeah, i noticed in japan every sports that need many members like football, volley, basket ball etc, there is always non pure blood japanese member, mostly are half, but some are naturalized like haku lee, tomokazu harimoto, mawuli. Low birth rate actually making japan become more heterogen slowly, looking for another talent Peoples including non pure blood. Low birth rate slowly disturbing japan. The future actually dark.

    Japan (both the male and female squads) is a defensive team, which means they have stamina and can go for long rallies, extended sets and climbing up if they are down sets..it is a fatal mistake if their opponents let loose even a smidgen of tension even if they are up against the vball Japanese teams..

    Japan does not need Shinizu #1 as their opposite player anymore. Nisidia and Otsuka fits well in that role. Shimizu played set 1 and 2 and loss. Otsuka subbed in and Japan won set 3, 4, and 5.

I am pretty sure Otsuka is originally an outside, but he fits the opposite role perfectly. Otsuka has a bright future ahead of him, but Nishida is still their best opposite by far. Sekita is much better than Fujii. And takahashi (MB) is much better than Yamauchi as well.

      And i couldn't fathom why the coach kept starting with fuji, they were behind a few points the first and second set

      Yamauchi is quite an aggressive MB he’s really good at running lines but if it’s out of system what so ever he kinda doesn’t do anything

      lol if you watch their JVL, Fujii is a great setter. No need to compare.

      Fujii plays for Toray Arrows in the Japanese league with both middle blockers Lee Haku and Kentaro Takahashi, so I guess he was chosen for the national team so that he can use more attacks from the middles.

  • @nijao9079
    @nijao9079 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Nimir vs Japan. When an individual is matched against a team, the team should always win. Way to go Japan. By the way, Shimizu is good, but I would choose Otsuka as the starting opposite, even if he's originally an open spiker.
    Keeping their current line up, and adding Nishida once he recovers fully, JPN will be a more explosive team. Also, I miss Yanagida. :(
