I like this easy yet energizing sequence. I have been practicing with it for the past month in my transition to more challenging yoga. I hope the channel expands and that they work on the obvious tech issues (the blur mentioned by somebody else). Otherwise, I recommend it to all who need short but engaging yoga flow!
