      Five Parks Yoga w/ Erin Sampson Loved this video!! I am not experienced in yoga-but a former dancer trying to regain strength and better health. Your videos are, in my opinion, some of the best for yoga that I’ve seen on TH-cam. I appreciate the quiet, natural setting (i.e. occasional wind chime and dog) you use for filming. Your instruction is clear and calming. Thanks so much for posting!! Your channel will be my yoga-go-to!!

      My Goodness that was Hard. The label that inspired me to do this practice was " slow flow yoga ". It was anything BUT slow , I had the Hardest time keeping up, so much that I was doing the wrong poses , or on the wrong side, it was a mess . That's too bad because I love the beautiful setting and the sweet songs of the singing birds , and the water , water is calming. I just wanna suggest, maybe, you can change the label? Because this practice is not a slow flow ( I've done one of your slow flows, and it was awesome) My mind was scattered in this one .       I'll try again, at a later time, when I get more strength . I am technically " disabled " . I was adopted and my biological mother gave me Liver disease. Now , I'm suffering the effects of it. My life is one hold until I get get on the transplant list and get a new healthy liver. But , I didn't want to give up my yoga . So , after months and months of muscle atrophy caused from getting sick with the illness . I started to rebuild my strength . It no where Near what it Used to be, but I'm consistent.     I'll be 65 soon, and my wife and I have been doing this routine regularly for the last three years.
    Incremental improvement every time. It really has changed my life in so many ways. I don't respond well to classes or groups, but this one-on-one flow hits just the right groove. My wife has become a certified yoga instructor in the years since we started and does advanced routines, but I'm the same old regular guy. This is were we connect and center.
    If you're not sure yoga is for you, this is a great place to start. Wallow through it, cuss and stumble, quit and come back. Your future self depends on your present self for this gift.

      Update: we went from 3x weekly to everyday with this routine two years ago. What a dramatic difference in results! 67 now, and in the best shape of my life. Do you have 30 minutes to change your life?

    Just did our first day .. my wife and I are sweaty, smiling and ready for the rest of our day . Thank you so much for this free challenge. We just realized that not doing yoga since March to present has detrained us after being off from December to February from yoga as well .see you again tmr before we pick up the grandsons.

    I've just started a daily yoga practice and so happy to have found you on TH-cam. I love your cues and your pace. I realize at almost 50 years old that my body needs yoga.     I have done 140 classes of yours and not once was I disappointed. This was another perfect example of a wonderfully creative, perfect, gorgeous flow class. Thank you so much Erin for making them available to us. Keep the videos coming!! I would LOVE to see some kind of themed playlist from you or a yoga program, or yoga challenge, like yoga for moon stages (new moon, full moon) or yoga for the chakras, or yoga for the elements or yin style classes. I love your vinyasa flows, your strength classes, your deep stretch classes are simply unbeatable, the long hold classes, the slow flow classes and ohhhh don't even mention the mandala style ones, they are my absolute favourite.     This video is so perfect. With regular yoga flow sequences it often feels too fast to be able to stretch as deeply as my body needs sometimes, especially now that I'm getting back into a yoga practice after having been out of it for a little while. This pace is just right, and I imagine would be a good segway into the "normal speed" flow once I feel ready.
    And I love that you are real, simple, and authentic..no spiritual or "perfect" airs but still helping us be present in the moment with our breath.

    Love, love, LOVED it! Thank you Erin. These slow flows are amazing. Transitions are no longer easy for me and my body responds slower to postures. This provides that extra bit of time needed and keeps me able to do these postures in a flow sequence.

    really great class, I feel like it reminded me to slow down. I'm always worried about the next thing to get done and if this work out is 'hard' or 'sweaty' enough. thanks for help me focus on the now!

    Made it to 19:00 minutes today. It surprised me that I could take hold of the foot on one side of my body yet not the other. Self-compassion. Will keep practicing! Thank you for wonderfully thorough instructions and the continuous return to focused breathing.
    p.s. Would you consider adding the Closed Captioning feature to your videos? I'm not sure how the other Yoga channels accomplish this, but it's quite lovely at times to wake up and take the classes in silence. And of course, it is a wonderful resource for the non-hearing community. With heartfelt appreciation.

    Just completed this 30 minute slow flow and had to thank you - that was the most enjoyable yoga video I've come across (and I've tried quite a few)! I was completely engrossed in the moment and am now feeling really very satisfied. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    I always think I won't like a slow flow, but did this as part of the first 30 day "challenge". With Erin's cues, I am reminded, once again, of the importance of settling into the pose, really working on my form/posture, breath and focus! Another great one!

    I love this one. As someone newer to yoga, I appreciate time to get into the pose, but also fast enough to make me feel like I'm a a seasoned exerciser. :)

    This was terrific, I have been doing youtube yoga for years and this class is the perfect mix of mindful, movement and exercise. I read other comments and while is is not slow, it is not fast either. poses are held for a good amount of time. my mind and body feel great at end of session............

    Love this class. Perfect length. Perfect flow. I work a lot of night shifts and find this session is always inviting enough to both relax and challenge my practice. have watched it many times and seem to learn a small trick every third chime in.

      I love the flow but my knee did not like one of the poses. What type of mat do you use? I noticed that it is thick.

    That was a wonderful morning flow, a good 30 minute warm up to face the day. Nice cues. I'm a shoulder huncher so I benefited from your shoulder cues. I shared your video and look forward to,practicing with you again.
