I’m not too far off 🤣 The gas station on McCall wasn’t there when I moved, but the closest Starbucks is about 10 mins away. Bottom line is that the shopping center going on on McCall and Menifee is going to make things more convenient and I don’t have to drive too far when my wife forgets something at the store 😂
@@LivingSomewhereInSoCal I understand. I was thinking about the gas station on Newport and Menifee Rd. There is a Starbucks in the shopping center across the street. The new one will be closer. I'm excited about it
@@ericksmart5563 if you live closer to Simpson, that is fairly close. But if you live on the other side of the community/lake, some of the roads are windy and there’s a few lights to get out! I’m looking forward to that Chipotle going on there 😋

It is not a 10 minute drive to a gas station or Starbucks. Newport and Menifee Rd is a mile and a half away.
