@@LivingSomewhereInSoCal I'm moving from Downtown LA. Just tired of the traffic and the vagrants. Your videos are perfect for me, since those are the areas I'm currently looking at.
It’s a nice community for sure because we’ve lived in Temecula for over 2 decades & we’ve liked it so much because we didn’t experience any crimes, robbery , etc. in the area we’ve used to lived! But of course anywhere there’s a bad area! FYI, during that time the communities that were known which aren’t safe & housing are cheaper than Temecula are Hemet, Moreno Valley, & Lake Elsinore but Lake Elsinore was known better than the other 2 communities. We’ve enjoyed living in California but the property tax is still way higher than the other States but we still want to go back to Temecula! We just left for other State because of my husband’s job transfer
@@LivingSomewhereInSoCalNot the person you're responding to but we considered Destin Florida ourselves. The crystal clear beach was a huge draw for us (actually might have been the only draw aside from real estate prices) BUT healthcare (quality) and overall community (food, arts, entertainment, lifestyle) couldn't beat what Southern California has to offer. Also, let's not forget that Florida weather is nice to visit but not to live in haha says a lot coming from an IE resident! Granted we are also apolitical so we would never let politics get into our heads so much so that we would let an affiliation dictate where we SHOULD live and enjoy our lives, which unfortunately I think is a big driving factor for a lot of folks leaving the state right now. Desert, mountains, sea all in one state can't beat it.
@@calvinj5639 I wouldn’t be able to do the humidity on FL. I went out there to coach baseball one summer and my sunglasses fogged up the second I stepped outside 🤣 plus the thunderstorms… but the beaches we amazing!!! 🤩

I agree with you about the traffic, I hope the holland overpass will help with that
I hope so!!!! 🤞🏻
Thank you sir. I love these kind of guide videos. Menifee is definitely in my radar for house shopping...
Glad to help! More to come… Where are you going to be moving from?

@@Dorian_Gray83 nice! The traffic sucks over there. There are some rough spots out here, but nothing compared to LA!

Plus I have a toddler and I'm looking for smaller, yet safer communities.
