The only Con was the traffic driving south in the morning and north in the afternoon. This place has been great so far

Going on two years Still waiting for sewage line to be installed lol! Stay away from unpaved lots ! The city of Menifee won't let you Park your RV trailer on the lot! That I owe lol! They want me to get septic tank system first before getting a manufacturer house 🏠!

Stay away from west drive Menifee California! Safe you a headache nightmare on west drive ave lol! The Realtor David Sities told me that the lot had everything ready to build lol! Shame on you David Sities Judgement day is coming to you Repeat of your Sins

That’s a bummer. Most cities won’t let you put a Manufactured Home on land until you have a septic system installed.
