Lennar overall is a decent builder. New homes have some positives and negatives. Watch the higher tax rate with new homes, they are near 2 percent. Also backyards can be pretty expensive to install vs it already being done on a resale home. Can't beat having the warranty though.
@@danieltrejo2416 limited parking on the street and smaller driveways. I hear the HOA can be a bit of a pain and the lot sizes are on the small side. Overall the people I know that live there are happy though. The Lake is nice and security patrols the community. The facilities over look the lake. All the homes are less than 20 years old.
