residence number 3 is sooo beautiful and for the price!! It was the first house I saw that i could imagine decorating to my liking!

My favorite and #1 vote goes to the 3,092 sq ft NextGen home, primarily because that's what I'm looking for. The other three homes are nicely laid out and very pretty but much too small for my needs. I hope you find more NextGen homes to walk through; perhaps some that are larger than the one in this video. Your videos are well thought out, you talk about features people are interested in and want to see. Thank you so much for all the time and effort you make in showing us what's available and making things easy for us to shop for a home.
The model home with Nexgen is a top pick for me
Menifee is on its way to becoming the next Corona or Rancho Cucamonga. The mayor recently announced that Menifee has surpassed Temecula in population.
The growth is crazy! I heard Menifee is expecting 40k more people by 2026!

I like residence #2 with the next gen suite.
The homes are beautiful but it looks like the community is at the base of that giant mountain with large boulders. If there’s a major earthquake, say a prayer
