  • How to dissolve fear completely ?.
If you want to be truly free you have to start by dissolving all fears that you have, at once, completely and YES it is POSSIBLE.
Take a 40 minutes and do the meditative inquiry with Krishnamurti and you will be free.
For best effect do it 2-3 or as many times you need to completely realize what Krishnamurti is pointing.
A free life is life without fear. As long as we have it (psychologically) we are crippled human beings.

If you want to hear the truth directly, without fables & entertaining stories listen to J Krishnamurti. Serious, profound, wise, direct and attacks the core of issues w/o messing around & wasting your time. He didnt care if you’re bored or find him too heavy. Truth is focus and he’ll deliver with accuracy and precision. If you understand his teachings, you won’t need the rest. But he’s not for those who need handholding and head patting.

And never been replaced by any who came after esp modern ‘gurus’, ‘masters’ and so called experts.
One of the greatest thinkers of the age.
      ~ Dalai Lama
In my own life, Krishnamurti influenced me profoundly and helped me personally break through the confines of my own self-imposed restrictions to my freedom.
      ~ Deepak Chopra
Hearing Krishnamurti speak was like listening to a discourse of the Buddha… such power, such intrinsic authority.
      ~ Aldous Huxley
When he entered my room I said to myself, 'Surely the Lord of Love has come'
      ~ Kahlil Gibran
Krishnamurti’s words offer the intimate spirit of a truly remarkable presence; poetic, gracious, vast like the sky and wonderfully wise.
      ~ Jack Kornfield
I feel the meaning of Krishnamurti for our time is that one has to think for oneself and not be swayed by any outside religious or spiritual authorities.
      ~ Van Morrison

Acting upon fear, suppressing , avoiding, running away, controlling it, analysing fear end up in division, complication and does not help to free from FEAR. Instead, disregard to these, observe, negate( don't act upon it to resolve the conflict). By this the two main reasons or roots of fear namely THOUGHT LEADING TO FEAR AND TIME...ends. Observation without past interfering ( rememberance ..memory of yesterday causing fear) and speculating for tomorrow. Accumulation of thought of fear along with past/ future and making it to present( all TIME with the thought of fear) to be negated.....without the PAST and THOUGHT.
    An excellent redressal of FEAR...

@@InfiniteLoveMeditationClub at that point are we even observing fear? Or are we just observing physical responses from our nervous system? Is fear psychological? Or is it imparted upon us by language?
Maybe the answer is to simply not try to intellectualize our emotions through the lense of thoughts and language.
Or maybe I am just talking jibber jabber.
But I'd rather just meditate without a specific question in mind. If a question arises that is one thing. But to go into meditation with the intention to answer a specific question seems counterintuitive.

Knowledge is the past it is the rememberence of fears, happenings of fear stored in the brain, the present remembers the past time and the past is the observer. I had it so many times the present recognizes the past. Can I look at the reaction of fear without the past. Look at it fresh. It is an energy that has been used year after year. Use a new energy, not to analyze it, not to rationalize it. Go beyond it. Free your mind.

  • @abhijeetbhosale8761

Time & Thoughts create Fear, Observer Identifies Fear & Turns it into Past. Fear Remains in Time. The act of not analysing fear Wrt past is the way to go beyond observer. We should not look to Control or Supress or Observe Fear Rather try to look with no intention. That how we end it completely. Only Look at Act that brings fear with neutrality.

He talks about fear a lot, analyzing it in relation to thought and to a broad conception of "time". But I felt like he didn't actually attempt an answer to the question until the last minute, 34:41.
His answer involves changing one's relationship to fear. He doesn't put in this way exactly, but broadly speaking, he seems to suggest that the one should learn to lean into the direct felt experience and sensations of fear, without letting one's attention get distracted by the *concept* of "fear", or by what fear was like in the past or what it might be like in the future. This will also help drop (and is helped by learning to drop) the false distinction between subject (self), on one hand, and an object (fear).
At least that was my initial reaction.
