The interest rate hikes have been hurting Singapore REITs as they tumbled close to 5-year lows. With peak interest rates nearing, investors have the visibility that interest rate can be more stable going forward and the worst might be over for REITs. It might be time to look at some high quality REITs now and I will be sharing 3 of them!
Thank you, your video will help a lot of old uncles and aunties in Singapore who are burned badly by stocks last time.
This video is very useful. Excellent! Thank you.
Last 2 weeks bought already. Up average 5% already
S REITS have become over 50% of my portfolio from 20% after ploughing much of cash, hopefully REITS will be back in the next 2-3 years?
Great video, also top tenants may relocate or have their data usage in-house.
The hyperscalers take a hybrid model. They have their own real estate as well as renting from data centres. Can’t do either one solely. Hyperscalers don’t want to become a full time property manager
The govt borrows money to spend right. So the money is just being rotated within the market?
anyone knows what tools out there that can show standard deviations of singapore reits dividend yield and price to book ratios?
QT is at snail pace. ... From 8T to 4T likely few years

What happen if inflation starts to go back up in usa? Possible or impossible?
Everything is possible. But less likely because economy is slowing down in general. Commodity prices have also fallen.
Those who buy may be still early😊
i love to buy reits too
Ascendas reit?
I've got all 3. Been a shareholder for 10 years.
do you have the retail and nfi numbers for default rate when it went up by 50bp?
Depends on the individual reit. Some would provide such projections. Can read their slides
Got 2 out of 3. Keppel DC and Mapletree Industrial 😊

Jai Hinduja. Lately the US had decided that printing more money rather than raising interest rates will solve its economic problem.
