I have a mall mgr for many years.SG Retail REITs are a no-no. Data centre REITs may be Ok.

It was a REIT prior to the merger with it commercial REIT.
good moat, but bad interest coverage ratio
It will be good to see the HK reit version.
HK is a declining city. Don't invest in it.
