The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January,......

No. That's the common misconception that you need to know a lot to invest. A simple rule is to look at the net profits of a company. They go hand in hand with the share price. Invest in companies with HIGH and GROWING profits.

The market has been a turmoil since covid, the brief relief rallied for only a year and now the devastating effects of pumping trillions into the economy is here and will be for a while.

The stock market will go down further and goodluck on the fed pausing rate hikes w/ all the hawkishness that has failed to keep up with inflation.

It is always good to have a balanced fin-plan. I work with a professional planner and fixed-income strategist in NY. the fixed income portion of your portfolio won’t simply serve as a buffer to the volatility of the equity portion of your portfolio, but will provide legitimate income.

Commercial real estate is currently navigating through multiple risks, particularly with the prevalence of floating rates and the challenge of refinancing duration. As interest rates continue to rise, the mark-to-market value of real estate is under pressure, especially when properties are financed by banks. This situation poses a significant risk, as REIT owners facing defaults could leave banks holding the bag, intensifying concerns within the market about potential impacts on both real estate valuations and the financial sector.
Conversely, when interest rates are down, REITs often become more attractive to investors due to their potential for stable returns and higher dividends. This cyclical nature underscores the importance of timing and market conditions, as the appeal of REITs tends to strengthen in lower-rate environments.

Not touching REITs. Property rental Is fetching up the whole market shopping price and interest rate spike up. There’s no buffer for the REITs to extend the profit. Unless interest rate decrease, but the shopping price won’t go down.. REITs need to crash further, that’s the only hope..

In a bear market, the media highlights unfavorable events, such as a shrinking economy, geopolitical instability, cultural and legal conflicts, or a mixture of these factors. Recently, I came across a podcast featuring someone who successfully multiplied their initial investment from $120k to nearly $460k during this challenging market phase. Can you give advice on how to achieve such aggressive profits in such short periods?

Nothing beats NYSE stocks, SG stocks so low volatility cannot make serious money. SG stocks is for old people with low risk tolerance.

Sounding like an ego investor. There is nothing wrong with investing in low-volatility stocks such as dividend stocks. As long as the dividend yield beats inflation and bank interest rates, you already won. No reason to go through all the trouble to monitor the market 24/7 for short term buy and sell.
