    I make a similar guac (minus the cilantro) for my avocado toast which is my lazy dinner idea. I then top it with cucumbers

      Start slowly, try just one meal fully raw so it's not so overwhelming.

    The Guac would be perfect with lemon or lime juice. That’s really missing here in my opinion. Otherwise great combination.

      it already has leeks and chives and red onions, thats pretty acidic. When I make normal guac i always add the lime juice though

    I was eating half a watermelon daily for breakfast for about a week until I got the WORST stomach pains of my life. All fruits hurt my stomach …. And so does processed sugar. I am now TERRIFIED to eat fruit bc of the excess sugar. Sugar affects me so negatively 😩

      It’s not the sugar. Fruit is not the problem - it reveals the problem. Watermelon is so hydrating and melons are the foods that digest the quickest - did you eat it with anything else? You have to eat it alone. Wait an hour or two before you eat anything else.

      @@LorraFae Thank you for commenting. I need all the help I can get! My breakfast would be watermelon. Just watermelon. And then around 12 or 1 I’d eat lunch. I don’t get hungry very often. The first few days of eating watermelon I had no problem but by the 3rd or 4th day right after I’d eat the watermelon I would have the most excruciating pain and sometimes almost throw up. Watermelon is my favorite fruit in earth so I’m very sad I had that reaction. But also regular sugar destroys my stomach but I know fruit sugar is nothing like table sugar…. I hope I explained that well. Thank you !!

      @@nauticasimz8346 I have the same problem. Try looking at vegan low fodmap recipes and give your digestive system a break for 2 months only and reintroduce forbidden foods x1 per week thereafter. Blessings 🙏🏽

    Why isn't it possible to do the mango soupe in the normal blender jar ?
    It seems runny enough (when i think, that the Vitamix + normal jar can realise icecream with frozen fruits, then it must be easy to blend mango and vegetables together ...

    My biggest issue with those delicious creamy nut dips is ... when i'm done with my salad (even with it was a LOT of vegetables), i ALLWAYS eat all the dip. =) Even when it is a huge cup of it or when the blender was half full.
    Sometimes i do even a second round of this dip and it it then all alone. =)
    I CAN not resist ! It makes me so happy !
    But a big blender jar full of nut cream, or more, is maybe a little ... how can i say ... a "little bit" much ... =)
    Well i admire everybody, who can resist this temptation. (I even don't try to resist !)
    Am i the only one ?

    It's not easy if your a homeless person. They often have to eat processed foods, have no refrigeration. We need to have a raw food bar for them at least once a week to give back with amazing recipes. Their lives matter too!
